THE DIEBOLD QUALITY CHECK

As a service, we offer you to check your existing HSK tool holders. Many customers have problems with tool inventory, which is often bought from different sources. We developed this service at the customer's request, because there were and still are calls for help from customers because their tool holders and thus also their machining processes cause problems, but they could not identify the causes themselves. With the Quality Check you receive all measurement results so that you can make decisions as to whether or not these tool holders can still be used for the desired machining success. Experience has shown that around 30% of the tool holders tested in this way are not or no longer within tolerances and can no longer be used for meaningful and productive use. We would be happy to carry out these measurements for you as well. How does the service work? Send us the tool holders to be tested. These are cleaned by us, visually checked for damage and then, if desired, laser-marked with a data matrix code with a lifelong unique number. This code is used to make the measurement results traceable. It is minimally small and therefore does not interfere with any existing markings on your tool holder. Then the measurement is carried out on our digital measuring devices with storage of the measurement data under this serial number for subsequent evaluation of whether the tool holders conform to the standard or whether the dimensions are outside the permissible tolerances. You will then receive an overview table of all measurement results and individual reports for each tool holder
